TEN Arquitectos is rocking the commissions in Miami, and several years ago we helped the project pass the South Beach Historical Commission requirements. Composed of 22 opulent condos with direct ocean front access via this (formerly) last parcel of undeveloped property, “Curbed Miami” reports a sales price of $20M for the penthouse.
